    **I finally added my info! This is a hella long list! I suggest that if people haven't weighed in by Mondays then perhaps it's safe to assume they have dropped out of this particular challenge and we can probably take them off, just to keep things concise? They can always fill their info back in with a quick copy and paste if they find their way back to us, but we have people on here who haven't even given a starting weight so...? I wanted to also suggest to spotlight each person's progress when they weigh in, at the top of the list when you copy and paste add a note to report your loss/gain/maintenance and whatever else you want to report that way the whole thread doesn't just look like the list being posted over and over again.

    Speaking of, I lost 2 pounds this week! I'm glad to be kicking off this challenge going in the right direction! Congrats to everyone working hard on their mini challenges too! Keep it up!

    I couldn't belive I had lost weight this week!!! This week my mini challenge is to do more cardio for "heart" day!! Maybe just add a few more mins or an extra workout in the week.

    I updated the list to show my 2 lb. gain. Pretty sure it was just sodium because I was back down again this morning. Hopefully next week's official weigh-in will reflect that. I'm going back to eating 1600 cal. per day. Eating all my exercise cal. does NOT work for me.

    hi every one
    last night i found netflix workout vids and tried a couple out. it was great.
    fyi i wont be on much. i have a busy week to prepare me and my house for my un-planed trip to texas for two weeks. i will weigh in friday leave sat. i will miss one weigh in because i wont have a scale. i will have online but i'm not sure ill make it on much. cross your fingers for me, i will be staying with a foodie. i will have very little control over my time and diet when i am there.
