This week I am at 173.5

I thought for sure that I wasn't going to lose anything this week. I kept checking the scale all week long and my weight kept going up and down and never back to what I weighed in at last week. But, sure enough, I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost. lol I won't complain. Now...next week might be a different story..(should be TOM). lol0 -
