I use my crockpot several times a week. Today I cut a pear in half, put it with a few tablespoons of water along with a bit of cinnamon, and had a delicious healthy dessert. I'm usually under my calories of 1200 because I'm very selective what I eat. So I eat a lot but low calorie foods. I found if I stick with the 1200 calories a day, I don't lose weight. If you're not hungry, go to sleep and you'll be happy in the morning.
