My starting weight was 198 lbs when I started my weight loss journey in July 2012. I didn't take a picture at that time. But only lost 2 lbs in July. I started to log my food in August 2012 thru MFP and I have been losing weight ever since.

I currently weigh 166. It's been a journey of trial and error and balancing food and treats. Thanks for viewing my post.

    WOW! That's awesome and it shows just how determined you are! My baby just turned a year in December so I'm trying to now loose the baby fat! Thanks so much for inspiring me that I can do it too!

    Raw_Bean, it takes too many pics to get one but I get tired so it is what it is... LOL awwww Thanks spez80. You can achieve it. You have to take it slow. Set goals each month and keep adding and achieving them. It does get easier to make healthier choices down the line.
