Oh my yes. I just got on here to search for that. I take pics every two weeks. According to my scale, I weigh the same in these 2 pics:

The only other thing to consider is that you may be sensitive to something that's causing bloating. Usually gluten and dairy are the most common culprits for that.
-
Wow, you lost more than 2 lbs a week. Great job!!
-
Not logging everything you eat. Honestly I think logging and really seeing how many calories you eat is the best medicine for overeating
-
Ok great thanks. Otherwise that would make a huuuuge difference.,

I loooove my It Works protein powder. In fact it's the only one I've tried that I can stand. I'm not a fan of the chocolate but the vanilla tastes and smells like a treat. It's also really smooth and not gritty or chalky

Good because I'm an avo addict!!

Hi, I don't have gastroparesis but my son, the little guy in my profile pic does. His is actually a symptom of his mitochondrial disease. He actually has a gtube which is sort of helpful, but I see a possible gj tube in his future. So this is just a non-helpful hug post.

Yes, the poster above me has it right. The baby will be fine. It's her that will probably feel tired and maybe have some vitamin deficiencies

Truwhip. I actually bought it on accident. I meant to buy coconut whip. Oh my gosh, it tasted like paint

Hey you guys. I'm 5'3 1/2. I currently weigh 180 and have 60 lbs to go.

Me, I have 3 kids. 11, 7, and 4

Hey there. Me too. Guess what? Do to a combo of a big life tragedy (my son was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease-a progressive disease with no cure-2 years ago), and depression i have gained 50 lbs! I've lost and gained 20 a couple times but ultimately I've gained more). Depression is so hard and so complex. Hugs.

I have 3 kids. My four year old son started having lots of health problems when he was 6 months old. Eventually he was diagnosed with a mitochondrial disease. (It's a progressive disease with no cure and a young age death prognosis). That consumed my life both logistically and emotionally, also leading to depression and…

Yes, I replace one meal, usually breakfast with an It Works Pro fit smoothie. Frankly it's the only protein smoothie I've been able to stand the taste of.

I'm 5'3 1/2. I just hit my all time high of 180 and I need to get my life back in gear. I've been battling depression which has packed on the pounds. My goal is to get back to 120-125.

Did you try vanilla almond milk as opposed to regular. Also what protein powder are you using. I drink It Works Pro fit and it the best protein powder I've ever tasted. It's not chalky at all.

Hey now you know one little part of what it feels like to be pregnant! It's probably water retention and you're salt may be too high, but I agree with seeing the doctor as it can mean you have high blood pressure.
-
Honestly. I don't think it's helping you. It kind of looks like it's squeezing your tummy fat. I would find something that doesn't show midriff at this point because I think it will be more flattering.

Jimmy John's Lettuce wraps (unwhich) ChickFilA salads or even the wraps if you don't mind the extra carbs Panera Bread Starbucks Egg White, Feta and spinach wraps and their fruit smoothies.

I just wanted to say that I'm also 5'3 and 14-18 lbs does make a HUGE difference. I look horrible at 142 but great at 125-128 and phenomenal at 120.

I know that the Biggest Loser tv show makes a workout DVD. I've seen it in Wal-mart. I've never done it but I would assume that since the show has plenty of 300 lb people on it that it should be good for heavier people. It's pretty cheap, give it a try.

I have to second the Skeletoes. I wear them for running, zumba, kickboxing and everything and I'm in love with them!

Not reading the other comments so this may have been said. However, I also find the traditional gymn workout painfully boring. But I love group fitness classes. So I usually just stick to those. Kickboxing, yoga, pilates, boot camp, spinning you name it.

TheLittleLebo, for the record, my profile pic is not what I look like now. It was taken almost two years ago on a cruise I took with my husband before I got pregnant with my third baby. That baby is now 13 months old and due to just the pregnancy, and stress eating bc of some serious health issues that the baby has gone…

I encounter a similar problem in that one of my 3 kids will somehow always seem to mess up my workout plans. Like today I had planned to workout during my one year old's first nap. Well, he will not go to sleep. So he's sitting here in my lap instead. I've tried getting up super early before my kids to workout but I am…

My 8 year old (who also has Asperger's which makes him very blunt), ask me regularly why I won't sign up for the Biggest Looser. For the record, I'm at my fattest yet still only need to loose 30 lbs to be at my ultimate goal weight so definitely not quite Biggest Loser material.
