I'm new to this thread and have been reading on and off. Caring for anyone is not an easy task, even when they are not 100% dependent on you for every need. I easily eat 5 fruits/veggies a day by eating 5 small meals. I try to space eating every 2-3 hours so I never feel like I am tremendously hungry. I find that I do not binge if I eat more often. I don't know if this will help you, but I make myself fill up on veggies and fruits (fresh) before I will eat anything else. Usually I am too full to have anything. I never let myself get hungry.
