So, I should have started Week 3 yesterday. But, I came down with a nasty sinus infection so that got put off. I'm hoping that I'll be ok to start up again tomorrow but in the even that I have to wait for the weekend or later, would you repeat another day of Week 2 or go into Week 3 as planned?

Week 1 Day 3 complete. Wasn't my best, but I accidentally ran 90 seconds instead of 60 (and could do it!) right at the start and my shins were burning through most of the run/walk cycle. I tried to stretch out good today and tomorrow I'm trying yoga so hopefully I'll be ready to go for week 2 :)

Goal defeated!! I'm so excited :) Even though my ticker's wrong and I can't figure out how to reset my starting point, I've actually lost 4.6lbs this month. I've never done that before. Now I'll have to try it for next month too!

I was really confused by that too, so I tried to research it a little. The consensus seemed to be that we should be eating no more than 24-25g of ADDED sugars every day. That means the macro count here on MFP means little to nothing since it doesn't differentiate between naturally occurring sugars and added sugars. Unless…
