Do not know about the fibre but strongly suggest you quit the lemon in water. The acid in the lemon juice can do serious damage to your teeth over time.. irreparably damaging the enamel. Google acid erosion if you dare

You will need to increase your calories. Include sufficient protein. Lift appropriately. Also remember that we hadys gain musclesliwly compare d to men due to hormonal differences

ignore everyone and listen to loud music. i find it helps to go to a gym with regular people. its hard to feel ackward when you are exercising next to a obese man, a teenager and a woman in her 80s

from my perspective, i think that you look thin/slender. i can see the bones in your elbows, scapula and collar. there is nothing wrong with that it is just what i think i can see. i do wonder if you have low hormone levels due to undereating and overexercising/spinning your wheels if it were. i can see from a previous…

may just be water retention due to menstrual cycle, salt intake or gym session

if you overeat on one day start again afresh, also reconsider your deficit...is it too steep? if you are getting hungry and tired it is a recipe for failure

small changes over a long time are the secret to success. put a dollar in a jar for a year and you have $365 do it for 2 years...etc. Sadly good things take time. try to achieve too much at once and you will fail

Hi there. I would suggest considering this a lifestyle change not a diet. If your aim is to be healthier perhaps eat healthier and include some exercise. You can be overweight and healthier or overweight and unhealthy. My healthy things that I did today was to take my daughter for a short evening walk after dinner and to…

Hi Hannah. Good for you :) I find MFP a really useful tool to keep track of my eating and help me maintain a healthy diet moving forward.

Are you meeting fat and protein needs?

that looks like a perfectly normal female leg to me. We ladies do hold far stores in our lower body.

Music babe. Get urself some earplugs and listen to some tunes. I have a gym playlist. I have a real mix to suit my mood. Angry rock music:) and other stuff too also I read on the exercise bike at the gym. That shizzle is tedious dude! Reading passes the time

your body certainly does change after having a baby. some of the changes revert back over time..some will remain. if you have no weight to lose as such i would consider using my fitness pal as a food diary. And you do need more calories while breastfeeding so why not indulge the occassional treat. you can log these after…

Tomatoes cucumuber red onion feta in salad with weighed dressing. Frozen blueberries and yoghurt. Apples. Bananas after the gym. Kumura cooked. Pumpkin cooked. Brocoli :)

going by your bmi you are by no means underweight. i would look at seeing another doctor to be honest. Is it possible that your doctor is concerned about the method you are using for weight loss?

Hi Sweetheart. My advice is buy yourself some pretty clothes. Make an effort with your hair and appearance. Find yourself some lovely lady friends who dont give a damn how much you weigh. Start doing some light exercise and enjoy your lovely daughter. They grow up so fast. You are enough as you are now.

I think you are overthinking this. Nothing is exact. My fitness pal estimates the number of calories you need per day to lose weight based on a formula. You lose a bit more or a bit less based on your individual makeup, activity level etc. Nevertheless the formula works. Perhaps relax a bit and let the process happen. Good…

I dont hate any training day. I choose to go to the gym cos I like it and it makes me feel good. I do sometimes struggle with cardio being boring but find taking a book or some music makes the time fly and i usually feel great afterwards
-
Normal. I actually haven't weighed myself for ages...like 2 months ages. Trust in the process..

I personally think that a very restrictive diet with a painful entry is almost certain to fail in the long run. I find a small deficit easy to maintain over time. I make sure i eat enough protein and left everything else fall into place. who wants to be 'cheating' to share a meal with their spouse involving wine etc. a…

i walked everywhere when my daughter was little. she often went to sleep in the pram

at 5'1 and 85 lbs you are significantly underweight. I applaud you on wanting to put on some weight in a healthy manner. It is not an easy thing to do if you are fighting negative thoughts based around an eating disorder. 1400 is probably not even enough to MAINTAIN your current weight I am afraid. I strongly suggest that…
