Thanks :) Any more suggestions? If it matters the weather will be sweltering hot. we leave soon. Very humid and hot summers here. I also will be making shredded chicken in the crockpot But 1 pot will probably only last 1 dinner.

My ratio is 7.1 then.however will likely be higher by the time I get to my goal :D and apparently my calves are the ideal size for a very tall man.17 in. Lol.

we have a pop-up with microwave, slow cooker, and we may be able to do some grilling. last yr sometimes we couldn't because it was so dry- forest fire risk. we have a small fridge(in the pop-up), but it's not very reliable. we just put things like drinks in there. keep the meat in a cooler till we need to cook it.

i don't think freezing mushrooms is a good idea. you could dry them though, to make them last longer if needed. i buy the dried ones, they are very cheap. my favorite sauteed chopped peppers, garlic, onions, with chipotle sauce or use spicy peppers, top the sauteed shiitakes with the above mixture. for meat eaters, you…

When u test. You're lifting as heavy as possible for 15 or less reps. For the most accuracy u want 5 reps or less. But a spotter may be needed. As far as what wt to use? Do u mean for the warm up and working sets?

it's really not about a daily motivation. it's about an inner drive. if you don't want it enough, you won't do it. you need the habits in place to keep going on those days when you feel 'meh' or don't want to make the healthy choices. make it as easy and simple as possible. do what you already like doing. foods you like.…

i also posted my calves pic and got a few comments before the news feed went down.

looking at my reports...yes i was that bored....i realized i lost an inch from the widest part of my hips, every 2 weeks, 3 x in a row. 6 weeks. then i plugged in those new numbers and a very slightly lower scale wt into the bf calculator, and i'm down 3 pts. I JUST calculated it, like 1-2 weeks ago. so yeah....cool :)
