THIS x1000!!! I lose so much more weight when I eat around 1800 calories!!! I am 5'6 and currently 237. I dont log my exercise. I had to manually enter in my daily caloreis becasue MFP set me at 1350. Past experience has taught me that super low calorie intake doesnt work for me.

Congrats on your pregnancy!!! I was a high risk pregnancy so I can't really help other than try to eat healthy. I was told to avoid sushi and a few other things. check out the kellymom or babycenter websites....lots of info there. Good luck

Well that was non responsive to the OP question... OP watp is a great one or like previously suggested use some gel or something to help with chafing. A running store should be able to help you out.

This...sometimes the recipes/listings in MFP are off. No way a cup of fried potatoes was only 20 calories no carbs and 1 gram of fat. Sometimes you have to use the make your own recipe option on here to get an accurrate number for things.

My coach told me to follow the Harris Benedict formula for nutrition. It already incorporates the fact theat Im working out. I use MFP for tracking purposes.

I drink protein shakes and work out. I lose a reasonable amount of weight and am looking forward to long term benefits. My Dr. specifically told me to watch out for soy due to thyroid issues associated with it. Body by Vi is like the new Herbalife. The profiles are similar.
