I love the Tai Cheng program, and I am completely unaffiliated with Beachbody other than purchasing this particular program...

I am starting it Tai Cheng today, I had previously 'sampled' the program and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the workouts, they were also no impact which is important as I was less than a year out of a disc replacement surgery at the time. Hope this helps you, if you haven't already made your decision :smile:

I'm under 40 and have the program, love it! as jimmmer stated though, it is more of a slow paced rehab type program not in anyway cardio. I think if you haven't already discovered it on your own, you'd love it. But do make sure your doctor gives the thumbs up before beginning :)

I usually go down to the local pharmacy once a month and do my weigh in there. They have a really nice 'high tech' scale that gives me my weight, BMI, and body fat percentage. I do weigh occasionally on my home scale but never count that number as my official weigh in.

Thank you all for your prayers, I have been released back to work from my spine surgery and am feeling so much better! I am allowed to begin my exercise endeavors again on the 20th of this month so I ask that you keep me in prayer about that so that I don't over do it when I start back up!
