In my personal opinion the more chiseled the guy I dated the bigger jerk he turned out to be. My ideal weighted man seems to be at exactly 220 lol. And if he wasn't when I met him he got that way unfortunately with my cooking, lol.

Greek yogurt, egg white omelettes, protein bars, make pancakes out of the protein powder and eat with sugar free syrup. And if you have the money for it you can buy protein candies, jellos and even ketchup!

I don't track carbs but diary wise I seem to stay under 150, I track protein most of all oh and water.... that's what my surgeon stresses for me...

Everyone is different. I don't recall month by month but I reached goal and more in 10 months. went from 253 to 140, Kept going under and was told to eat more after reaching 125. Ended up gaining bad habits and now I maintain 150 but want to be 140 again. Just finding it hard to get there as I'm over 3 years out and lose…

I am 3.5 years out. I aim for 1200 a day. Sometimes I'm less, sometimes I'm over..... I was maintaining 140 but gained some holiday pounds. Current weight 150.

i weigh everyday sometimes more than once. i used to be really really heavy and im scared of getting to that level again. so for me if i see the scale getting heavier by more than 3 pounds i know to nip my routine a little. and if i see a lower number for like 3 straight days i get a confidence boost that week!

just wanted to say everyones body is different and if you dont abuse your pouch it will work for many years. i am on my 4th year out and still get a strong full feeling and when i stick to "the plan" (which does indeed for me mean lots of protein) i fairly quickly lose any regain.

I'm kinda pear shaped. A 12 on me and I feel like I'm getting fat again. I used to be size 22/24! Currently I wear size 9/10. I'm trying to get back into my 7/8, loved that size best. My smallest was a 6 but it looked sickly on me! I'm 5'5.75.

Mine are 1. Get back to my perfect weight of 138 2. Eat clean more often then not, especially more meals that are vegetarian in nature. 3. Learn to knit. I figure if I keep my hands busy I won't snack while watching tv. 4. Get good grades, since I'm finally headed back to school! 5. Exercise more. Specifically picking up…

It took me a while to start feeling hunger pains again. So just eat every few hours nutritionally sound foods you should be good. With my surgery unfortunately my "full" feeling is an actual uncomfortable occasionally painful feeling. I had to learn to stop eating before I got the stomach pains.
