i had the fitbit flex for almost two years and I've now had the jawbone up 3 for coming up on one year. yes! i have recently reevaluated my financial budget and fitness budget and fast food restaurants don't fit into either anymore. Right now i am eating fast food usually once daily - subway tim hortons or mcdonalds are my regular haunts!

I add a beer into my diary first thing in the morning if i know i be going out to dinner. and i would rather have that beer than any desert any day. and it can hep stay on track with other things because it can be removed if i haven't had it yet, so it is at risk if i overindulge elsewhere

if you are supposed to eat 79 grams and you eat 50 that is 50/79 so you divide then x100 and get .63 x 100 is 63% of that macro. if you needed 79 grams and you had 100 grams you diving 100/79x100 =126% it is all to do with how much of a macro you are set to have, not with how much of a macro compared with all other macros.…
