My scale does the same thing, I'm scared to change scales now because there seems to be so much difference between scales and while the numbers don't matter the number lost certainly does. I like the idea of putting weights on the scale to balance. My weight can change 3 lbs in 2 min some mornings. I just average them.

I recalcualte every 5 lbs, I have only lost ten so far but still. I was amazed at how much of a difference those ten pounds made to my calorie intake. I lost almost 200 calories.....it was super sad.

How do you save it? I'm new"ish here and there are lots of posts that I would love to save and come back to but not sure how to do that. Do you know?

I have found that Baby Spinach with a small serving of whole wheat pasta is delicious! I drizzel 1 tbs of italian dressing on it after its mixed together and..Yummy yummy. Filling too.

That is such a motivational story. Did you skin shrink with the weight loss? It doesnt appear like you have any flapping bits, that is one of my biggest concerns. Losing this weight and still carrying the excess skin around with me.

I am the same height and from checking my own weight goals online I found that most sites say I should weigh between 120-135, to be considered "healthy". My goal is 180 though, that will fit me into size 11 jeans again, lol.
