In a slow cooker 1. 2-3 chicken breasts 2. 3 cups salsa/water ( 1.5 cups of each) 3.Corn 4. Kidney or Black beans Let it cook on high for 3-4 hours and you have your lunch for the week. Super yummy...

I think that if you do the "advanced" stuff in level 1 and don't feel pushed I would move up to level 2. I think, but maybe its good to do the level 1 for a few more days to get your body use to it? I'm not sure...I'm on day 4 of it and level 1 still hurts, satisfying but still painful.
