    Hard work and consistency.
    I don't eat refined sugar
    I eat limited amounts of fruit/fructose
    I don't eat much carbs
    I eat a primal diet (how cavemen would have eaten)
    I don't eat anything processed and
    I work out 6 days a week.
    Oh I also don't have 'cheat days' I just always eat healthy

    Great job!! My son is two years in remission from a rare chidhood cancer and is only three-years-old (he was diagnosed at 3 mos and we were told to takehim home on hospice!) I am personally honored that you would cut your hair for cancer awareness! YOu look amazing!! Awesome dedication :))

    The first picture was take two summers ago. Which sadly wasn't my highest weight. I gained 30-40 more pounds than that but didn't have any pictures of it. (Which I gained it a year from that one)
    I've lost 60 pounds since January 2013.
