You look great. I'm also 12 weeks in and have lost 12lb.

You look fab! Well done.

I finished the shred but still do it 2 or 3 days per week and I run on the other days. I can now do all the unmodified exercises and even bought some heavier weights. I have bought ripped in 30 but not got into it yet.

I lost another pound this week making a total of 12 so far for week 12.

Definitely. I started losing weight by tracking on MFP In January, I have lost almost a stone and have another two to go. In February I started 30DS, I will warn you that whilst doing the shred my loss slowed right down and I only lost 2lb in around 5 weeks however the change in my body was significant, this was when…

Nice job, I see a big difference!

I eat 1400 plus exercise calories. My BMI is 29.

I was in the same place last week. The first 10lbs came off quite easily for me, the next ten to get me halfway to goal will be a fight.

Level 2 is definitely tougher cardio wise.

Your figure is amazing.

1 Laura 2 10lb 3 another 30lb 4 change must be sustainable. An all or nothing mindset will likely see you fail to get back on the wagon when you inevitably fall off it.

Fat that weighs nothing?

I experienced the same, I lost 9lb in 6 weeks and as soon as I started the 30 day shred my weight loss stalled. I started measuring body fat and that number is still dropping.

I see a big difference. Well done!

I started level 3 on Thursday and I found it more manageable than going from 1 to 2.

I used to do Callanetics with my mum. It was all the rage in the 80s www.youtube.com/watch?v=cA_6wUpaejw

Woah!

Wow, nice job.

I've done day 4 of level 2 today and it's actually got easier much quicker than level 1 did. Also I have hardly ached at all.

You look great, well done!

I started level 2 today. Woah!

Hi, I've just added you. I'm 36 and have approximately 30 more pounds to lose which I'd like to do by August in time for my holiday in France. I'm currently doing the 30 day shred and eating around 1600 calories per day.

Well done, you look amazing.
-
Wow great results. I'm on day 6 so this is inspiring :-)
-
Yes, today is my day 6 on level 1. I ached the first 4 days but I'm really into it now. I've never done the shed before. I'm also thinking of doing ripped in 30 next. Do you out know if the cardio is tougher in that? I have a heart condition so have to be careful with intensity.

I lost 1lb this week, 9lb so far.
