I posted this video 3 months ago on this message board. I have a lot of friends on here that come to me and tell me that they want to throw in the towel. That they have been going strong for 30 days and nothing is changing. Just when you want to quit, you will likely start to see results. Don't ever give up on your dreams. We have one life to live, and being sick and un healthy should not be a chosen option. Please check out this video for some inspiration. This is my story over 6 months. I am now 9 months into my journey and have really seen minimal change since this video, but I keep going, and I keep moving forward. You all have this!
