I was called fat in Kindergarten (even though I think I was just taller) and I went on my first diet in 4th grade - so pretty much my whole life. It makes me sad just writing that!

I think it also depends on how you present yourself. I know I have my weight going against me, so I make sure I look really nice, and that I smile big, and win them over with personality. OMG I do this all the time! I think I look awesome, and then I see a picture of myself and I wonder how that's me. I always look better in the mirror then in a photo. It's probably my mind helping me because otherwise I might never leave the house! :)

My other shows are on :) Honestly, I forgot it was on tonight and I haven't watched in years. I have nothing bad to say about the show, just stopped watching. I actually almost made it on the show, but lost out at the end round. I might try and catch it here and there this season.

I'm glad you posted this question, I've always wondered this myself. I admit,I had this fear that I would lose weight and the lower part of my stomach would stay the same and everything else would shrink lol.

I'm new, but I figure I'll add all friend requests and then if they don't interact with me in a few weeks, I'm going to delete them and just keep the people that are really supportive like I try to be. That being said, I'm a little bit nutty - so I guess what do I know :)

This was day two for me too, and I'm trying not to snack late at night either. I've been realizing that I ate a lot more frequently then I thought I was, so it's been tough. I've just been distacting myself with things so I don't eat. Let's hope the cravings get better!

So I tried to make mine fancy, and I didn't like it as much! I know, I'm such a weirdo. I just do oatmeal, milk, and a little sugar. Then I eat a banana or something on the side because I just didn't like it in my oatmeal!

I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and I really wanted a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, fries with cheese, and a ton of Ranch. Instead, I got Grilled chicken tenders, a side of sauce, and had a small fry with no cheese. I'm nervous about what I will look like when I lose a lot of weight because I've never done that before. I'm nervous about being resentful towards men if they pay more attention to me now. I'm worried how some of my family and friends will treat me because I've always been the heaviest by far.

I'm going to focus on slow and steady. I always want fast results and it never works. I'm also going to work on moderation and portion control because if I try to deny myself, I always end up going off the rails - big time.

cwolfman13 - thank you for sharing your story, it means a lot. It makes me feel a lot better knowing there are so many people going through the same struggle. Most of my friends have always been thin, so they can't relate or know what I'm going through. Hopefully with all this support, things will work out better this year!

We can do it - I feel like this is my year, and I usually don't say that :) My over all goal seems extreme, so I'm just focusing on the small goals. That's why my ticker only says 4 lbs to lose.
