Organic food is a marketing scheme just like non GMO food, nothing we eat is how it was originally, all of the food you eat has been altered in some way and the labels just want to scare you to make more money.

Organic has pesticides just different ones and some even more dangerous than non organic.

My goal isn't ketosis it's just a lose weight thing and it's just easier for me to not over eat on a high fat diet, and I was thinking of the glycogen stores? I think I heard something about them I'm not too knowledgeable.

I'm doing it because I tend to binge eat with carbs and crave more and more.

if you stop exercising try lowering your calories you might feel hungry for a little bit (week or two) but that's normal your body doesn't know your not working as hard as you use to yet.

Busy with college haven't been logging, but I eat the same thing basically everyday (I premake it and measure it and store it in the fridge) im trying to be better with logging.

I just adjusted my weight to 1 lb a week at it put me up to 1600. now I don't feel so bad about eating 1500.

My close friend gained 30 lbs on the depo shot, when she got off it the weight kind of fell off. Now surprise, she's pregnant but still has a lower bodyfat %. If you can't lose weight with it you can look at other forms of birth control or non hormonal types. Just make sure you replace it if you get off.
