questions about low carb dieting/hflc

I do notice I eat much less and am satisfied (I just started two days ago)
But the big question is, are they sustainable?
Can I do low carb then get to my desired weight and add slightly more carbs while keeping the same amount of calories and stay the same weight or will I gain it all back?
Fiber ???
should I have one carb day a week?
Any other help is greatly appriciated.

Basically I just don't want to mess up my body, or get such hard cravings that I ruin my work.

I'm doing it because I tend to binge eat with carbs and crave more and more.

My goal isn't ketosis it's just a lose weight thing and it's just easier for me to not over eat on a high fat diet, and I was thinking of the glycogen stores? I think I heard something about them I'm not too knowledgeable.

Yes, it's sustainable. No, you don't need a carb day.

If you stay low carb for at least 1-2 months, you'll probably find that you crave them less. I started out at around 100g carbs, but these days I'm under 50g. Not because of any magic that happens at 50g, but because I've lost interest in higher-carb foods.

Ignore the glycogen thing unless you're a high-wattage athlete. Normal people do fine just running on fat, but it takes a few weeks before your muscles adapt.
