Hello,
I always shop foods every two days. So I plan well and make things so that it stays under 1200 and healthy, but i always end up eating an extra meal or two which is not junk though. I just could not successfully work out my plan daily. This is kind of upsetting me a lot. I could not be in 1200 cal at all. How can I plan this successfully?
My dairy has three main meals and two small snacks but as i said i end up eating extra meals or snacks-though choosing healthy it is way out of 1200, it reaches 2000 or 2300 cals at times.
My TDEE i recently calculated to be 2050.

Good for you for getting your TDEE. You need to eat at a deficit of that number. 15% is pretty standard. That would put you at 1750 (roughly) calories a day.
Good job planning your meals. Now you just need to make the plan work for you. If you find yourself eating more than 3 meals a day, divide your calories up to cover that time frame.
Lastly, it's all about doing what you plan and there's no easy out. You just have to do it. Good luck!!0 -

Maybe eat an egg and an egg white for breakfast and a piece of toast. That's a fairly filling meal for around 200 calories. Add egg whites to make the meal bigger.
As for the rest I like to leave most of my calories for end of the day (dinner and after dinner actually).
And yes you probably need to eat more than 1200. Maybe more like 1600 (guessing). But 1200 sounds too low.
And working out regularly (200-300 calories here or there) helps so you have some extra calories to spend.0 -

Don't add sugar to anything. Don't add salt to anything. Oatmeal, yogurt, huge bowls of vegetables, chicken. beans, rice. eggs. fruit. each meal should be about 350-400 snacks about 100. If your not hungry in the morning eat a snack in the morning, if you get hungriest around lunch make that your bigger meal, if your the same all day just space it out evenly. I would say 1200 is too low for just about everyone unless you don't move all day or are 80 pounds.0

I can be without sugar but being without salt is not easy at all. !! :O0
