my gosh, i'm so far away from doing a 5 mile, but I did do 2 seperate 1 mile workouts the other day. I have quite a few of her videos in anticipation of getting up to 4 and miles :)

Thanks everyone, i will have to try this as i have little ones drinking all the milk around here and i try to save it for them, i will buy my own carton of almond milk and try this! I love my SF/FF pudding also!

I second that! some are more low impact than others, the older her videos, the lower the impact!

also how quickly the weight is lost will affect the amount of loose skin. if you lose slowly your body can readjust some of the excess but never all of it.

the truth is there will always be some looseness but you can help it out by eating healthy, staying hydrated, and the skin care stuff you are already doing, but the number one thing to help the appearance of loose skin is to build up the underlying muscle so the skin has something to drape over and therefore appear less…

I love adoration, its such a peaceful time. You are lucky as many places don't have it. We have it weekly on Mondays, so i try to go at least twice a month, more if possible.

I was going to say that and forgot. I sometimes buy the kirkland (plain) brand and add a little vanilla and sweetener and eat it just like that or add fruit.

mmmm greek yogurt is great when its vanilla flavoured or mixed with fruit. I like Oikos and in Canada we have Astro brand and Liberte brand. It is very filling and can be fat free (someone mentioned it is higher in fat). The plain greek yogurt is an excellent substitute for sour cream.
