    This made me tear up. You are amazing! My sister has been around 280 for the last 10 years or so and she thinks she is healthy because she goes to the doctor and he tells her her blood pressure and cholesterol are fine. UUUuuugggghh. I wish she would have that lightbulb like you had because I know deep down it bothers her and it will cause health issues sooner rather than later.
    You are such an inspiration! Keep up the amazing work because you and your family deserve it :)

    Yes, your pictures are sooooooo inspiring makes me realise I do need to take some before, (tho I'm down 16lb already) so that I can see that kind of comparison when I am heading towards the hundred, and even more so when I am heading near my goal of around 112lb loss.

    Ad all of you losing 50, 80, 100 lb, it is soooo inspiring. Thankyou.

    I don't even know you, but I'm so proud of you!!!!! Now your 4y/o will have you around MUCH longer and you will be able to run and play until your BOTH tired!!
