Ok looks like we all had some nice weather today, I did a 10 mile bike ride this morning. It felt great to be outside but it was very windy. Spent the rest of the day doing some spring cleaning and housework. Supposed to be 77 here tomorrow, Yard work coming up.

I lost 60 lbs about 10 years ago doing weight watchers. But slowly but surely I gained 30 of that back. I am also struggling with IT band and quad issues.. Have been limping for over 3 weeks. I am able to ride my bike trainer and I have been aqua jogging. Do you have access to an illiptical machine, is this an option for you? I haven't bee able to run in over a month and I am going stir crazy.

I will rest for sure, I have been in hard training since june of last year. And we just found out we made it in for the bourbon chase (a 200 mile relay) again this year. Awesome. So I have to get healed up 100% and be ready to start training again in June. gonna just coast thru the month on january.
