I'm here every day; feel free to add me.

You gained back calories because you exercised. If you're full, you don't have to eat them. MFP sometimes overestimates your calories burned anyway, so if you have spare calories on a different day, try not to eat them all back. Maybe just half.
-
I don't eat back all of my FitBit calories. I walk usually 10,000-12,000 steps and get an extra 600-700 calories. I usually aim to eat the calories MFP tells me and use the FitBit calories to give me a little leeway-- I usually I'll eat back 300-400 of those calories.

MFP's recipe calculator is pretty helpful, measure your food and put it in that.

I only ate there when I was working there (if I am going to spend the money to eat somewhere, I'd rather eat somewhere that tastes a little better), and I made myself a modified version of the 6" Chicken Bacon Ranch on Italian Herb Bread. One slice of provolone on the bread, the chicken pieces, the bacon, the shredded…

I used to work in a Subway and we didn't change expiration dates or use dropped bread. That depends entirely on the management of the store. If your local store is doing that, sucks to be you, but it's not corporate policy. Also, not only does Subway get health inspections annually like any other food establishment, but…

I'm 23, anyone feel free to add me.

I weigh myself daily and write it on a paper in front of the scale, but only put it on MFP once a week. I also measure once a week, on the same day as my MFP weigh-in. I like having the information. At the end of the month, when my paper is filled in, I put it on a spreadsheet to see the overall trend.

I'm getting married next spring (maybe a week off from you?) as well. Feel free to add me!

I'm on here every day, I'd have a 40 day streak if not for one unfortunate 14 hour work day, so feel free to add me.

I can see how it would be a problem for people with certain personalities. But I love my FitBit One. I'm a giant data nerd, so I like seeing how long I slept, how many flights of stairs I've climbed (especially when I'm outside where there are no stairs. I went on a hike while camping and climbed 197 "flights of stairs"),…

I'm pretty similar in size, at least. I'm 23, 5'2", and 151 pounds now. At my heaviest I was 171. But I was 132 when I started trying to lose weight because my pediatrician apparently didn't grasp that it's possible that a 15 year old girl might have already reached her adult height. @@ I eat ~1200-1300 calories a day…

This is for a work weekday. 9:30-10:15: Wake up. I have an alarm set for 10 and an alarm set for 10:30. I prefer to wake up at the 10 AM alarm or earlier but it doesn't always happen. I weigh myself every morning. This isn't good for everyone but it works for me. Between wakeup and 10:30: Small breakfast, check on computer…
