Everyone debates this on here. If you eat back all your exercise calories you will still lose weight, but not as fast as when you don't eat them back. It's that simple. IMHO - Hit your calorie target consistently. Exercise as much as you can. Make sure your net calories are over 1200. Drink all your water.
