Not getting enough calories?!

This is a major problem...I often don't hit 1,200 calories unless I eat junk food. I don't eat a lot, never have. For example, I had a yogurt for breakfast and I almost threw up after eating because I was so full. And eating vegetables and fruits don't seem to help since a lot of them are low calories. I'm going to try protein shakes because that will give me more calories but I don't know....very frustrating. Can anyone help?

I have to hit 1200/day and I really have to push it.
I find that a handful of raw nuts helps be get in healthy calories.

You might want to see a doctor. This is not normal.

Try calorie dense foods: nut butters, nuts, oils, etc.

It really shouldn't be too hard to hit 1200. Try peanut butter, nuts, yogurt. And if you really do feel sick after eating one thing of yogurt in the morning, you should talk to your doctor. None of us got this way be not being able to eat.

Do you think sunflower seeds would work? I have a tree nut allergy.
