I've lost 11 lbs since Jan 1st and 16 total from my heaviest weight. After 2 days of migraines, I accomplished giving up Dr Pepper and switched to lightly sweetened iced tea. I did notice that all the posts I was directed to with people who promote some of these overly complicated calculations had only 30-40 lbs to lose to end up in excellent shape. Honestly, I don't have that information right now. My dog chewed up my measuring tape and I haven't had a chance (I keep forgetting) to get another one. I'm really overweight though. I'm in the "morbidly obese" catagory.

This is actually my second time around. I was on this site for over a year and, since I've been back, I never found so many people ready to be mean for no reason. I actually don't really keep up with who accepts me and who doesn't but I do know that no one on my FL would choose to be mean just for the sake of being mean.

Oh my gosh I'm in the same boat. I actually have an ultimate goal of 120. I've found breaking it up into 20 lb increments helps a lot. I set reasonable time frames to reach each in and I"m just looking forward to ONEderland right now.
