I can see such a difference in my belly. My eating window is 8am-5 pm(ideally it should be 4 but I just can't seem to have supper by 4) I can't skip breakfast coz I wake up with a headache otherwise. I have seen majority of people skipping breakfast. But for me it's easier to skip dinner

Hi, I am doinh IF and my feeding window is from 8 am to 4 pm. I need to eat in the morning else I really can't function. @heybales ...That's exactly what my trainer told me..to do circuits for 12-15 reps and sometimes even 20 but all the programmes recommended here are for less reps except for strong curves so I get super confused. Yeah it's the bikini body guide by Kayla itsines. Lot of circuit workouts but not heavy lifting. Just wanted to know what would be a better programme to follow along with calorie deficit obviously
