Got a good full body lift in today. Even got to go sans 9 & 1/2 week old baby! Thanks to my very own boyfriend/personal trainer for helping me set up a workout that varies enough to keep me challenged and far from bored!! And for taking a rest day so I could go to the gym.
Here's some of what I did, using weights that felt difficult to lift by the end of each set:
~Quad planks: 3 x 15-20
~Squats: 3 x 10-15
~Deadlift series: 3 x 10-15
Set 1. Normal, 2. Middle pause, 3. 6-seconds down
~Crunches series: 3 x 15-20
Set 1. Center, left, right; 2. Quick left to right, stay crunched; 3. Regular crunch
~Back extensions: 3 x 15-20
There's at least 10 other exercises that I busted through for a full body awesomeness that only took an hour and a half to get through. And left me sore as a mofo already! Let me know if you're interested in me posting the full workout![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/wink.png)
If you'd like the full workout, let's swap routines! I love to change it up with something new!
