I use lots of different spices. Just mix them up & u can create great flavors. 1-Rosemary, hot pepper, curry. 2-Garlic, poultry seasoning, chili powder. I just grab anything in the pantry. Don't forget some salt & pepper too.

I used one that is very good: blend ground turkey, beef/sirlion, & pork (equal amounts of very lean meats) add: garlic, parsley, chili powder, oregano - mix together with meat mixture cut green, yellow, red & orange peppers (1/4 of each pepper) 1 medium onion 1 large can diced tomatos (no salt added) u can use 4 large RIPE…

thanks for accepting my friend request. i'm looking to lose 40 pounds; weight has been a struggle al my life. i hope this plan & group can help me get it done i've been here 1 week & its been pretty good. its like reporting to a PT every day. Looking forward to our progress together. Donna

i'm starting out too and a little exercise everyday helps. along with trying new & old foods you've forgotten about. i drink a lot of water, and have some flavored seltzer & water. it's better than turning to soda. i've been going to the gym after work & that helps too. GOOD LUCK & look forward to hearing how ur doing Donna
