I have been on the my fitness pal now for about three week or so. And I have not lost but five pounds. This is harder then it looks.

luckyma10....5 pounds is great for three weeks. To stay on a healthy path you should only lose 1-2 pounds a weeks. I lost 6 pounds in a month and I celebrated that. Pick up a 5 pound bag of sugar and feel how heavy that is. Congrats on the loss.
