I have ibs as well and have been suffering for months with the same thing I was even given fybogel and laxido of my doctor which didnt do much then I was reading on here that to much fiber can actually bung you up so I stopped taking the stuff of the doctor and I think my stomach is starting to get back to normal

I used to get home from work each day and make wispa hot chocolate with squirty cream on the top with maltesers and galaxy counters thrown in then a flake to dip in and sometime a good glug of baileys. I used to justify having it because I was on my feet all day in work oh how I have learned !

Yes all the time and it works with MFP I couldn't do without mine it inspires me to move more not just to earn calories. I set myself mile stones and try to hit them.

I do the 4 mile aerobics and burn around 480 calories in the hour I love this exercise dvd tried loads of others but this is the best.

I did it for 10 days then had to stop due to injury but be sure by tonight you will be in so much pain I couldn't even sit on the toilet with out shouting owwwww from the pain in my legs for the first 3 day it does get easier would love to do it again but not allowed until I get the all clear from my GP. well said I started at 1200 calories a day was losing weight but then became so stuck and was not even losing anything some weeks now I have upped my calories to 1500 I am losing 2lb+ a week

I am suffering the same as you at the moment I am taking fybogel of my GP for IBS but the bloating and trapped gas is killing me I hope you get some good answers

I cant live without my flex went out walking and lost it a few weeks ago and fitbit replaced it free of charge. When I first got it in January I couldn't even get my steps to 10000 a day now I get over 15000 a day my highest is 18000 would really like to hit 20000 so I get the next badge so it does make me move more

yes I did yesterday feeling so guilty have 3 days to try and fix before weigh in, I got up early and walked dogs for an hour this morning have a long day ahead of me to burn those calories off

Warburtons - Easy Roll Wrap - Soft Brown is what I use as a base then used tescos stir in pasta sauce as the topping with all my veggies and 35g of cheese just under 500 calories for a whole one thats what I had for my tea but added some ham as well take a look at my diary its open x
