swelling hands while exercising
I have noticed for the past week every time I exercise my hands swell up to the point I can't make a fist any more and it takes about 30 minutes after I finish for them to go down is there any reason for this please help

Does anyone else get really bad fat days
I have really good days where people compliment me on my weight loss and say how good I look which gives me a boost ( this was yesterday ). But today I feel so fat like I have not lost any weight is this normal to feel like this.
