about vitamins

I was wondering if I really need to take all the vitamins I do each day let me explain

I take

1 omega 3 fish oil, 4 glucosamine, 1 vitamin d fro my knees (have arthritis)

1 hair,nail & skin formula (I suffer with alopecia and the pharmacist give me these)

1 primrose oil capsule (help with PMT)

vitamin B complex gives me energy

iron now and again because I do suffer with low iron count after periods

I also have to take ibuprofen everyday day for my knees so I feel like all I do in the morning is swollen pills

  • Geez...that is a lot of vitamins !!! I don't take any vitamins except D (but only in winter) as if you eat right you have all the vitamins you may want in your food.
