Im kinda starting over... Last year I loved this sight and lost 32 pounds and then gained back all but like 7 when I quit monitoring myself on this sight :( I am doing this again and hoping that I can stick with it this time around!! Ideally I would love to eventually lose 105 lbs....

Wow!! You kicked your butt! Way to go! I need to work on my breakfast. That is my one downfall. I hardly ever eat it! And if I do, its only a granola bar.... I work til 11pm and need more calories later in the day.... Suggestions?

I go for calories too... I think it makes me have a better outlook on the workout; instead of being like, ugh, 15 more minutes!

I bought my aasics at Kohls for 35 bucks. They are gel shoes and super comfy!

We ALL get in those ruts every once in a while, but you just have to keep going and you dont want to reverse all the good work that youve done!

You can allow yourself to have some things and I think that you should eat what you want every now and then.... You can have grilled chicken sandwiches or fresco tacos from taco bell...
