recommendation!: workout series similar like mine??

So I was wondering if you guys are doing any kind other kind of convenient exercise videos for free that I do. 10 lb Slim Down series with Chris Freytag is my exercise routine for a month, I love it! The videos are free if you have OnDemand and you can print out the calendar online to see which workout you do that day! (5 WorkOuts's total)

Is there another series like this that I can use for next month?? Thanks

    What?! There are free workouts on demand? Why have I not discovered this?! I will have to get on this! :)

    Jillian has a 30 day slimdown routine. I haven't done it (but if you have I'd love to hear your results), I'm thinking of doing it myself! Here's the lineup:

    Day 1: 30 Day Shred: Level 1

    Day 2: 30 Day Shred: Level 1

    Day 3: No More Trouble Zones

    Day 4: 30 Day Shred: Level 1

    Day 5: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism

    ALL THE FREE WORKOUTS:
    SELECT: ON DEMAND
    SELECT: FREE
    GO DOWN TO: HEATH&HOME / HEALTH&FITNESS(something like that)
    GO TO : EXERCISE TV.

    and what i do that totally works for me in 10lb slim down
    but there's lots of others too!
