Glad to see I am not the only one having a hard time buckling down this year. Ugh!!! I do great during the week then it all falls apart on the weekends. Oh well, this is a new week, a new start. If anyone has any pointers to stay on task during the very busy weekends, let me know. ;) Thanks!

If you have a smartphone, look for the app called You are your own gym! I think I paid $2.99 for it and I LOVE it. My co-workers and I use it at lunch time everyday to work out and it is awesome. What I like is that every exercise is demonstrated with a video and most can be made either easier or harder. Good luck!

I can't use Stevia either, it makes me sick to my stomach and I only used to use 2 packets a day.

I guessed 15% bigger than I am. It says I am the perfect hourglass shape. I think not!! I have absolutely no waist at all, I go straight down so I am not sure how they got that result. I think it is just because my hips and bust are bigger than my waist. Oh well, still really neat, thanks for sharing. :)

For me on those days I just have to eat. I do my best to choose healthier foods or better portion size if I am still craving something naughty but I listen to my body and just eat, otherwise I will go off the deep end and end of really messing up my diet. I use canned chicken for my chicken pot pie. COme out much tastier than cooking fresh chicken, not sure why though. :)

This is my shape to the tee!!! So frustrating when you have skinny legs, no butt, no hips and wide shoulders and big boobs. LOL I also go straight down, really no waist line. My hips and waist are only like 3 inches difference. No matter how thin I get, my measurements are always like that. So weird.

It is DISGUSTING!!! I even tried to use the plain in a smoothie thinking the fruit would make it taste better and no one on the family could get it down. I can't understand how everyone raves about it so much. The only ones that are bearable are the ones with all the mixed fruits in it and those are so high in added sugar.

Thank you! I was able to do about 8 reps for each exercise but only one set each of the 10lbs, does that sound about right? I am using them right now working out to the Power sculpt portions of the Biggest Losers Videos.

Cheetos Chips of any kind Peanut butter cookies.... All three of these I can't contain myself, it really is embarrassing how much of these items I can eat at once. ;)
