keep up the good work! You're making progress faster than I am. I'm mad0

WOW! 32 pds in a month. How did you do it?0
-
im doing 1200 calories a day,
and I work out for about an hour or hour and a half every day.
and mostly changing what im eating,
I used to work at a fast food restaurant and I got free food so that helped with the 312.
so I haven't eaten fast food for a month. I no longer drink so, which I also got free at my old job.
so eating fresh veggies and lean mean and lots of fruit. it helped a lot.0 -

Amazing well done0

Is that mathematically possible. Considering 3500 calories=1lb that would be 32lbs x 3500cal=120000 Calories in a month. Taking into account that say 28 days in a month give or take. 120000/28= Thats -4000 calories a day. I really suck at math so if i am wrong please forgive me. Not arguing just stating math behind the numbers.0

And I thought I was doing good at 4 pounds a week (average) over the last 10 weeks. 32 lbs in 1 month WOW!!!0
-
Actually (not to be picky) 3500X32 = 112,000 calories
But having said that
112,000/28 does equal 4,000 calories per day
I agree that is a lot of calories0 -
