Most people think clean eating is how you cook the food, but do you really know what the food you "clean cook" at home came from? Unless you have your own farm/garden - or even if its from a holy farmers market you still really dont even know what happened to that food before it got to your Mike Tyson grill.

I eat what I want and hardly ever fit it in my macros. No troubles here. Granted I am not 1000 over, but more fuel = better lifts!

Advice would be stay with it! Lifting is really technical and complicated for some people, especially if you haven't ever lifted before! Squat, bench, dead lift. That's all you need to do - 5 sets of 5 will last you 45 minuets. If you want to keep your muscles 'guessing', just add more weight. Look up good programs, NROWL, starting strength, and stronglifts 5x5. Don't go with machines, free weight lifting is the way to go!

You burn 200 calories farting. Don't worry so much! Calories are energy - they help your body move! Dont see them as your enemy, it keeps you alive!

Of course you cant spot reduce, so lift some weights. Burn your body fat and also try some low intensity cardio. Running is a great workout for you lower parts.

Since you havent worked out in 6 monts, then are doing biking then you may just be sore. That being said water, potassium, PROTEIN! etc. You got to get that strength back up!

You should lift weights, and start a progressive overload program. When you beat your PR's you will stay motivated (and feel bad *kitten*) and continue to want to better yourself! Also take pictures of everything you hate about your body, and remind yourself why you want to be better I would also recommend LOGGING…

You do not need to cut those things out! Also, if you crave sugar then give yourself some sugar! If its a trigger food then buy a little not a lot. The more you crave the more you want, then the more you will eat. The key word is moderation
