Another year..another resolution to lose weight. I just don't like much about myself anymore. It's beyond time to take charge of my life again!

    Or, as my mother put it when she gave up smoking - I won't start again because I don't want to go through that hell again.

    Good luck mate. Take small steps that are easy to achieve and you'll start to see progress and feel better about yourself.
