  • Well done, you look great!! I too am a fan of weights, they don't bulk, I just have more definition! Weights all the way!!
  • Well done!! I lost about 4 pounds in my first week then have lost a steady pound a week. I'm now on week 7 and the effort is well worth it. I started at 136, and now 130 and want to get to 125 so not far to go. Keep at it, time has helped me a lot!
  • Hi, I agree with previous posts of the rowing machine, it burns calories and will definitely warm you up super quick. Personally, I love trx trainjng system and you can work mega hard on this too! Hope this helps!
  • Some days I do have calorie deficit but I seriously don't feel like eating what's left. I eat clean most of the time and do feel better for it, I shall keep in regardless and maintain / build upon what I have! Thanks
  • I agree with strong_curves. Unless it's a medical issue, it's simply diet and exercise..... Using the calorie counter has absolutely helped me and I'm far more conscious about what I eat. What about getting advice from a trainer or dietician maybe?!
  • It seems little but honestly it's still hard work! I think I'm stuck in the 'weight' issue whereas I know I'm more toned and defined so more muscle mass (I assume?!). I'll definitely keep at it though!
  • Hi and thanks for response! Am still at 60kg's, and really want to get to 56/57 if possible. I'm defo much leaner than I was through training but if muscle weighs more, how do you overcome the weight stall?!
  • Hi - I am in the Midlands. I joined last year and have not stuck to it for a long while. Got half a stone to lose. I follow Jason Vales plans and they really work quickly, if you don't mind juicing a lot! I can eat a lot and on the plan, I barely feel hungry - plus you're getting more than 5 a day with no processed food at…
  • I feel like this - I am eating within my calories, exercising fairly hard 4-5 times a week. In the first 2 weeks, I lost 4 pounds and have since put 2 back on. My measurements have altered very slightly (decreased!) but other than this, I cannot believe all the hard work and control over food has led to a gain. I am…
  • HI, I am trying to do low carbs too to shed about 10 pounds in total as I was a total carb junkie! I have been advised to cut out the usual rubbish - bread, biscuits, crisps, rice, pasta - anything with carbs and I did feel rough for while. I have heard the general rule is to evenutally be eating a gram of carb per kilo of…
  • How about cheese omelette, with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms in for low carb - slice of toast with it if you're busy!
  • Hi - I buy ready to drink Maxi Muscle Maxi Milk. It comes in 3 different flavours (banana, chocolate and strawberry). I use them after a good intense workout - they are best drunk within 20 minutes of completing your workout I think, but I also use them as meal replacement as I get very hungry. I have used the powdered…
