I was in law enforcement for 11 yrs. I can say in my experience it is a lack of respect for law enforcement officials. Some children are taught that the Police is the enemy.

find a healthy snack and carry it with you. I find that when I have healthy snacks my kids tend to eat them as well. Everybody wins!

3lbs? I say that is darn good. All that holiday cheer and cookies how can anybody keep weight? Then you throw in Festivus and well, we don't have a chance. I say awesome job!

So far what has helped me the most is eating smaller portions more often. I am eating 5 meals around 400 cal a apeice. The body thinks that any food I put in my mouth is a meal, no matter how small and the only time I am hungry is about 10min before my scheduled eating time. Reason for this is the mind goes into starving…

I hear it works really well for weight loss and speed. I personally have never used a fitness weight vest but I have used Body Armor while running and patroling. I lost a TON of weight and I had amazing speed after using it about a year
