keep your own healthy snacks with you, and just dont give in!
  • find a healthy snack and carry it with you. I find that when I have healthy snacks my kids tend to eat them as well. Everybody wins!

Rice cakes. I know it sounds gross but I have a snacking problem at work too and everytime I want something sweet I go for a Chocolate rice cake: no fat, and only 50 calories and they fill u up fast, also bring a protein shake with you, the high fiber and protein fills you up faster! good luck!
  • stick with fruit with high fiber, apples, pears, etc! satisfies sweet tooth, and the fiber will leave you feeling full longer

If you are sensitive to carbs, stay away from the fruit and rice cakes-contrary to popular opinion, they can contribute to weight gain and lead you further down the wrong path.

Raw veggies, nuts? What are you typically missing a the end of the day. Raw veggies are aways a good choice, and a couple of nuts help with satiety.
