  • Becca- I am having the opposite problem. I'm on a cleanse that uses nuts, and sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It that makes my fat too high. I'm losing weight and not hungry, but I call it the squirrel diet. Lol. Try adding nuts for healthy protein with fat.
