Accountability support

I've been really struggling the last few months with staying motivated. I've gained back 10 of the 30 pounds I've lost and I have a total of 30 more to go. No matter what I do I can seem to hold myself accountable. I'm looking for someone or a group who will be there weekly to help me stay motivated and accountable for what I eat!

Me too. I feel the same way.
I struggle with exercise and eating healthy at same time.
I feel overwhelmed with all the information out there. Do this do that!!!!etc......
I know its healthy choices and exercise. And it will not happen over night.
I have an overall 50lb goal, in 10lb increments.
Getting on it again starting today.
Also just getting healthy. No pre-diabetes or inflammation and pain from excess weight.
We can do this. One day at a time.

I feel the same. I wish I had someone to check in on my food choices. I can't always workout due to some physical limitations due to EDS and i think added activity helped me in the past to maintain and lose weight. Feel free to add me

    Hello Everyone,
The struggle is real, but you have to focus on what you want to achieve. Whether it's 5, 10, 100 lbs you want to loose. Look at the finish line(your goal) not at your at where you currently are. That will keep focused on achieveing that weightloss we all desire. It's not easy but it's possible. Bet That.

I Love this post…… I am in such a rut right now I have no motivation I try to track and enter all my food but that does not always happen also try to make it to the gym 4/5 days a week. I am not dieting I am trying to make life changes that i can continue always for a healthier life not just to lose the weight. I can totally use all the support I can get and I will try my best to motivate you all as well, feel free to add me as friends or message me. this is all doable just have to force yourself to do it every day and if you mess up there is always tomorrow.

The best thing i ever read was a quote
" dont let the one off day you had turn in to an off week, off month or off year, get back on track the next day"

Add me too. I need to lose 50 lbs. (first) and then another 40 after that! I promised my ortho since my knees are in bad shape and will require replacements if I don't lose the weight.
