I tried it, I lost about 3 pounds in those 3 days, but then gained it back. Tried it the following week, lost again about 3 pounds, then gained them back. 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. You can also find it on youtube. If you want to buy it, it is about 10 dls. Her 20 minute workout has me sweating like crazy. You can find other excellent exercise videos on youtube by BeFit.
