I too am considering the sleeve surgery. I've been a big girl most of my life. I am 5'9 and 265 lbs right now. I lost back in 2011-2012 almost 100 lbs, and yes I've gained it all back. I've tried the diets the exercise and the pills. I just need help and this seems to be one of the good ways. Still doing my research on it…

Its a never ending battle and its for life. I lost almost 100 lbs in 2011-2012 . was pleased but wanted 25 more pounds off. I lost that umpuff to fight for it and have gained all but 20 lbs back. And I can't seem to get it back. Head is just not in it anymore. Good Luck to you

You are already started. You've taken the first step. Now set yourself some goals, short term goals, mid term and then your ultimate goal. Now figure out your dietary plan, 1500 calories, working out 30 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week. You can do this, it's not as hard as our mind makes us believe. Read your labels…

Good post, but do remember everybody's system is different. What your net calories is may not match mine. But you should know what your net calories are for sure. You should also double check mfp with my weight and log it that way. Keep going strong.

I don't know what kind of program you are doing. But you might consider eating smaller meals so that you can have more than just the 3 meals a day.
