The reasons for being here & the comeback journeys

This is where I went wrong with my weight
>I believed a lie from an ex that said I needed to lose 40 pounds, when I was only at the weight of 125. The Result!!!
>I gained exactly 40 pounds and ditched him. Unfortunately I still have to break the curse of using my weight as body armour to protect me from men like that! My car accident injury did not help ether!
It is time to take control!!! Self Control... no more blaming or excuses!
It is TIME FOR A COMEBACK!!!
My goal is to get back down to 125 and I am presently at 161
I have been a member now for a little over a week and I am watching every bite and working out like crazy!!!
I want to have a successful comeback, and be comfortable in my own skin again, get back into my comfy clothes,
being able to run without being sore and tired! I just want to feel me again only wiser and stronger.
and who knows.....perhaps I will be willing and open to meeting a Mr. Right soon! lol

What is your story and your comeback goals? Share if you care <3 please feel free to add me if you are looking for a little encouragement and support and are willing to offer the same... Words of edification is my love languages. ; ) ( From the book 5 love languages)

Your story is a rerun for alot of us women. We so easily allow people to make us feel inadequate, over weight, useless and ugly. When in reality they are the one with the issue not us.

It took me 52 yrs to finally learn to say screw you. Take me as I am not what you wan to make me or find the dang door. And let me tell you it's rewarding.

I've always as far as I can recall been heavy, large. I am a large women, large frame, 5'10 and now weighing just over 200 lbs. But it's always been a comment from others, oh but your so muscular. And I am. I am very strong for a women, and I carry weight well.
But I've been told many times by people, family, guys and they say, if you'd lose 40 lbs you'd be gorgeous. Well people, Wake up the weight don't make me, it's what's on the inside that matters, the outside is the icing on the cake..
  • Amen to that Sister!!! It is what is on the inside that matters.
You know the problem with many men is their addiction to porn...
It gives them a very distorted view of what woman should look and act like.
So sad as you can see how much of an impact it is having on the whole world.
